Percentage puzzle

I have just been writing a chapter on percentages for the new book. In the check-up questions I included this little puzzle, which I offer for your enlightenment.

Find a number A such that A% of 75 = 75% of A.

A = all real numbers greater than or equal to 0! Excellent use of the commutative property of multiplication!
