1729 and Futurama

Simon Singh has written a very enjoyable piece on the BBC website today about the appearance of the famous 'number on the taxicab' (which is 1729) in the programme Futurama. For anyone who enjoys a bit of number theory, it's well worth reading. Here's the link:
